Pest Control Spraying

Swimming Pool

 

As a reminder pest control spraying is performed on the first Friday of every month by Duke Pest Service. 

 


 

 

The pool care is provide weekly by A-Best Pools (Monday & Friday).

As a reminder pet are NOT

ALLOWED in the pool or pool area.

There have been an increased number of break ins at the pool area and there has been a lot of damage. If you see uninvited persons or unattended children at the pool, please call the police. 

Clubhouse

Lawn Maintenance

 

Cleaning of the clubhouse will be weekly on Thursday.  As a reminder, please turn off all lights when exiting the clubhouse. All Private parties must be reserved with the HOA. Please contact the HOA manager for more information

 

 


 

 

Lawn Care Services will be provided on Wednesday, biweekly. Please have your pets contained and gates unlocked for easy access for service to be completed. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call us.

Also, the HOA are looking for owners who would like to sit on the board of directors. If interested please contact the Myra, The Association Manager at myrayoung@troycable.net.

 

 

Association dues remain at $55.00 for every homeowner. To be fair to all homeowners, we need every homeowner's contribution. Having an active Homeowners' Association at Briarwood West keeps the neighborhood at its best, therefore protecting and benefiting property values. Please help us to help you by providing your much needed monthly contribution

 

Statements will be e-mailed out on or near the 15th of the month.  Dues are due on the 1st and late after the 10th.  A $25 late fee will be assessed after the 10th.  If dues are not paid by the first of the following month then a “lien” will placed on the property.
