Pest Control Spraying

Swimming Pool


As a reminder exterior pest control spraying is performed on the first Wednesday of every month by All-Star Pest Control. 




The pool care is provided weekly by A-Best Pools (Monday & Friday).

As a reminder pets are NOT ALLOWED in the pool or pool area.




Lawn Maintenance


Cleaning of the clubhouse will be weekly on Thursday.  All Private parties must be reserved with the HOA. Please contact the HOA manager for more information.





Lawn Care Services will be provided on Wednesday, weekly May - September and bi-weekly October - April. Please have your pets contained, gates unlocked for easy access, and pet droppings removed for service to be completed. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call us.




Homeowner's Meeting

Association Dues

Next HOA meeting will be

January 29, 2019 at 5:00pm located at the Clubhouse. Please email the HOA manager if there are issues you would like to discuss at the HOA meeting.






Association dues are $55.00 for every homeowner. To be fair to all homeowners, we need every homeowner's contribution. Having an active Homeowners' Association at Foxchase keeps the neighborhood at its best, therefore protecting and benefiting property values. Please help us to help you by providing your much needed monthly contribution


Statements will be e-mailed out on or near the 15th of the month. You will have until the 10th to pay dues.  A late fee of $25 will be assessed after the 10th. If dues are not paid then a “lien” will placed on the property.
