Pest Control Spraying

Swimming Pool

 

As a reminder pest control spraying is performed exteriorly on the first Monday of every month by Duke Pest Services. 

 


 

 

The pool care is provided weekly by A-Best Pools (Monday & Friday).

As a reminder pets are NOT ALLOWED in the pool or pool area.

Alcohol is NOT ALLOWED in the pool area.

 

Clubhouse

Lawn Maintenance

 

Cleaning of the clubhouse will be weekly on Thursday.  All Private parties must be reserved with the HOA. Please contact the HOA manager for more information. Alcohol is NOT ALLOWED in the clubhouse.

 

 


 

 

Lawn Care Services will be provided on Thursday and Friday, weekly weather permitting. Please have your pets contained, gates unlocked for easy access, and pet droppings removed for service to be completed. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call us.

 

 

 

Homeowner's Meeting

Association Dues

Next HOA meeting will be July 27, 2017. If you would like anything added to the agenda, it must be submitted in writing no later than July 18, 2017. Items for the agenda can be emailed to the Association Manager, myrayoung@troycable.net

 

 

 

 

Association dues are $55.00 for every homeowner. To be fair to all homeowners, we need every homeowner's contribution. Having an active Homeowners' Association at Wakefield keeps the neighborhood at its best, therefore protecting and benefiting property values. Please help us to help you by providing your much needed monthly contribution

 

Statements will be e-mailed out on or near the 15th of the month. You will have until the 10th to pay dues.  A late fee of $25 will be assessed after the 10th. If dues are not paid then a “lien” will placed on the property.

Parking on the grass is not allowed. Please utilize your driveway or garage. Street parking is strictly prohibited. Cars parked on the street will be towed at the owner's expense. Boats, trailers, and RV's are not permitted in the association. Please pick up after your pets. Any and all damages by vendors needs to be reported immediately to Myra, the HOA manager. If your contact information has changed, please contact Myra so your information can be updated.
