Pest Control Spraying
As a reminder, exterior pest control spraying is performed on the first Wednesday of every month. Interior sprays are done on request.
Swimming Pool
The pool care is provided weekly. As a reminder pets are NOT ALLOWED in the pool or pool area.
Clubhouse
Cleaning of the clubhouse will be weekly on Thursday. As a reminder, please turn off all light when exiting the clubhouse. All Private parties must be reserved with the HOA. Please contact the HOA manager for more information
Lawn Maintenance
Lawn Care Services is provided, bi-weekly October - April and weekly May - September. Please have your pets contained and feces pick up for service to be completed. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call us.
Homeowner's Meeting
If there is an issue you would like discussed at the meeting, please submit it in writing to the Association Manager at:

Association DuesStatements will be e-mailed out on or near the 15th of the month. You will have until the 10th to pay dues. A late fee of $40 will be assessed at that time. If dues are not paid by the first of the following month then a “lien” will be placed on the property.
