Q: What are your business hours?
A: We're open 8AM-5PM Monday through Friday, 9-1 on Saturday. Closed on Sunday.
Q: How can I look at a property in person?
A: There is a Rental Agent on duty during business hours. Call or come into the office.
Q: Is there an application fee?
A: Yes, it is $45 per adult applicant. Married couples only pay one fee.
Q: Is there a minimum credit score required?
A: We do not have a set minimum score. Each application is considered on an individual basis.
Q: What if I have been evicted before, can I still rent one of your properties?
A: Unfortunately, a previous Eviction is an automatic denial.
Q: Can I hold a property until I want to move in?
A: With an approved application and a paid security deposit, a property can be held no more than two weeks before rent must start being paid.
