Association dues are $425.00 annually for every homeowner. To be fair to all homeowners, we need every homeowner's contribution. Having an active Homeowners' Association at Tartan Pines keeps the neighborhood at its best, therefore protecting and benefiting property values. Please help us to help you by providing your much needed monthly contribution
