Interior pest control is completed the 1st Wednesday of every month. Exterior is available upon request.
Swimming Pool
Clubhouse
Cleaning of the clubhouse will be weekly on Thursday. All Private parties must be reserved with the HOA. Please contact the HOA manager for more information. Alcohol is NOT ALLOWED in the clubhouse.
Lawn Maintenance
Lawn Care Services will be provided on Wednesday & Thursday bi-weekly October - April and weekly May - September, weather permitting. Please have your pets contained, gates unlocked for easy access, and pet droppings removed for service to be completed. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call us.
Homeowner's Meeting
Next HOA meeting is TBA. If you would like anything added to the agenda, it must be submitted in writing. Items for the agenda can be emailed to the Association Manager, hoa-manager@cbphre.com
Association Dues
Association dues are $65.00 a month for every homeowner. To be fair to all homeowners, we need every homeowner's contribution. Having an active Homeowners' Association at Wakefield keeps the neighborhood at its best, thereby protecting and benefiting property values. Please help us to help you by providing your much needed monthly contribution
Statements will be e-mailed out on or near the 15th of the month. You will have until the 10th to pay dues. A late fee of $25 will be assessed after the 10th. If dues are not paid then a “lien” will be placed on the property.

Parking on the grass is not allowed. Please utilize your driveway or garage. Street parking is strictly prohibited unless it is an emergency vehicle. Cars parked on the street will be towed at the owner's expense. Boats, trailers, and RV's are not permitted in the association. Please pick up after your pets. Any and all damages by vendors need to be reported immediately to the HOA manager. If your contact information has changed, please contact the HOA amanger so your information can be updated.
