As a reminder pest control spraying is performed on the first Monday of every month.
Swimming Pool
Clubhouse
Cleaning of the clubhouse will be weekly on Thursday. As a reminder, please turn off all lights when exiting the clubhouse. All Private parties must be reserved with the HOA. Please contact the HOA manager for more information
Lawn Maintenance
Lawn Care Services will be provided on Wednesday, bi-weekly October - April and weekly May - September. Please have your pets contained and gates unlocked for easy access for service to be completed. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to call us.

Association Dues
Association dues are $70 and due on the 1st of each month. To be fair to all homeowners, we need every homeowner's contribution. Having an active Homeowners' Association at Briarwood West keeps the neighborhood at its best, therefore protecting and benefiting property values. Please help us to help you by providing your much needed monthly contribution.
Statements will be e-mailed out on or near the 15th of the month. Dues are due on the 1st and late after the 10th. A $25 late fee will be assessed after the 10th. If dues are not paid by the first of the following month then a “lien” will placed on the property.
